The FACT that they "EXECUTED" a settlement bodes well that the numbers should be big. It means both parties saw it advantageos to each other by "Settling" rather than haggling over few millions...

(1) An equity poistion in EDIG plus a quarterly stream of reveune and cross licensing; or, (2) a lump sum payment for past infringments plus a cross license and a contract to manufacture and puvey EDIG products in the world market, where Samsung is active; or. (3) an ouright buy out are all possibilities...

In neither case the amounts of benefits and dollars shall not be SMALL...
