Looking at all of the samsung lawsuits, none have been tiny, and i hope DM asked for alot more than we have seen so far from past edig settlements. The length of time its taking to reach a settlement makes me wonder if we may get a plesant surprise. Samsung to meet certain obligation makes me wonder if its regarding some kind of ongoing fee, even though edig had stated that one time settlements are sought out. Any thing can change in litigation.
