IMO there is a reason that DM hasn't filed additional law suits.

1. It could mean that this Samsung settlement is going to be a large one and will be made public.Therefore if an announcement stating a 60-70 million settlement is final and we turn around and announces 20 additional suits.it would have a very postive effect on the SP.It would tell wallstreet that we just collected a hugh some of money and look what is in the works now.

2. A buy out and DM now works for Sammy.

3.DM is collecting more infromation about the additional bad guys so that all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed so that the next round will go as good and as fast as the first round.

4.It could mean nothing at all.... which I doubt because DM is batting 7 for 7 and he's too good at this not to continue an aggresive attack.
