I know you better than you think!?...

Reading between the lines, and interprepting the little snipts you have thrown our way, here is what I think!?!...

1) RP was busting in the seams to "Spill it" to some one he could trust...He told you the "Low Down" of the whole thing, and then he made you promioe not to blurt a word of it till there is SEC FILING which should happen between 10/19 AND 10/26/09...

2) There will be NO BUY OUT, but SAMSUNG will be funding EDIG growth in the IFE and other arena's for a "Piece of the Action", in the form of [A] SAMSUNG and EDIG cross license their respec tive technology; [B] EDIG gets $50 million now for past infingement, $50 Million a year thereafter for SAMSUNG using EDIG Tech in its Phones, etc.; [C] EDIG and SAMSUNG will share equally in developing and penetrating markets for "Incription", "Battery Life extention", and anything else that EDIG and Samsung tech can synergistically be successful in, with Samsung agreeing to help with manufactring of products for such markets...

3) Samsung settles the issue of DM till NOW, and keeps him on on hourly basis hereafter, with EDIG and SAMSUNG share in further IP litigation monies and having a say on whom not to sue...

I did not like #3 either, except if the object is to "SELL" products developed by Samsung. and EDIG, they for sure know how to "SELL" ...

Finally, the PPS goes to $8:50 by Christmass...
