Not even sure where to begin with this one and I am pretty sure whatever I compose will be deleted anyway. So, I will keep it short so as to not waste my time.

The avatar has NOTHING to do with management. It has to do with being realistic and keeping grounded. Everyone speculates and that's fine, but the only thing that matters ultimately is the PPS. If that's bashing, then you got me...I am a basher.

By the way, if I am asked to change my avatar or this post is deleted, I would just like to wish everyone good luck. I will be done here (no time in my life for non-sense).
