I agree that the X factor is the key. There must be more to the case than phones. Certainly they make lots of cameras and camcorders. Many new tvs also accept removable flash, though few are hand held. Could they be covered by one or more of our patents? I don't have the technical background to say.

For me, X remains the unknown. But I do believe we'll get a good settlement that will increase momentum for EDIG in general and for pps in particular.
