RP stated that he felt the next round of suits would conclude at a faster rate than round one. I asked him why and while he was vague, he did indicate that it would be due to their success/developments in round one...at least that was my understanding.

Does that have something to do with the SAMSUNG settlement being different from the others and is that why they are holding off on announcing round 2?

Is SAMSUNG the key or will it be in the neighborhood or the other first rounders?
