As to all the vitriol directed at Digecor by some, I don't think there is any chance this lawsuit would put them out of business, and I don't see them as a target for litigation from EDIG. There is not that much potential money at stake for any reason, including infringement.

Yep, digEcor has not sold enough to make for enough damages to matter.

For my money, let the pear shaped wonder move on -- but only in our rear view mirror. This has to have been very taxing on a company the size of EDIG.

Good ridence, now let's go back to real work selling stuff. Our stuff is good and we need to get into the marketplace and sell it.

I like our chances going forward without digEcor in the picture in any way.
