I checked out the article and read the 33 comments. 32 of the 33 responses were unabashedly negative about the lawsuit and identified eDigital as a patent troll. The last comment was written over a year ago. I didn't note who was hosting the forum but it certainly seemed from the response that it was the anti patent, screw the IP, hail the pirate, hate the lawyer crowd! At the time no settlements had been announced. I was able to stomach my way thru the comments having the perspective of 7/7 validation.

Looking forward to some exposure going into the WAEA which starts next Monday. Should be some press later in the week knowing that preconference hype for the next generation eVu should happen prior to the event.
