Ending Q1, Q2, Q3...every year, they have 45 days to release financials, and management gives an update of some kind. Ending Q4 (Mar 31st) they have 60 days.

I think the confusion was the statement Fred made that he looked forward to releasing business news this quarter, caused this expectation of an update, when in fact, Samsung settlement, digEcor verdict and the WAEC trade show, is news this quarter.
