GE Wants Sanctions In IP Acquisition Suit

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009) -- General Electric Co. unit GE Healthcare has asked for sanctions in a suit over a soured deal to acquire MRI technology patents, saying plaintiff MVuInvestors LLC fabricated allegations and should bear some of the costs of the suit.
