(1) It is about anyalysing past history between Samsung and Edig; (2) add the current developments in the FLASH Markets and Samsungs demonstrated penchant to corner that Market; (3) throw in the Sword of Damocles held ovever Samsung's collective head by DM; (4) then conjur up a meeting of the BOARD of Samsung where their lawyers are making a presentation of what Samsung's chances are in going through the Markman Hearing...

After the lawyers have gone, the Chairman opens the meeting to discussing what route they should should follow...

A demunnitive senior VP raises his hand, and as he goes to the podioum he fires up his Lap Top and connects it to the Big Screen in the room and follows up with a detailed Power Point Presntation which shows it is stupid to pay 8 Billion to buy SanDisk while for couple of Billion they can get EDIG, plus rthe opportunity of recouping at least another billion from the Infinger's list, or generation many more "Customers" for their Flash chips in having the control of the Sword of Damocles EDIG will give them...
