I remember the AT&T breakup and merger-

Could we maybe see a similar merger between eDigital and Samsung or a subsidiary of Samsung and let eDigital still remain a surviving corporation who shares royalties from all the other infringers coming in the future?

Samsung then pays eDigital shareholders in shares of Samsung stock plus maybe some cash for each common share they owned.

I am just dreaming of possible scenarios.
