jef, you are absolutley correct. The speculation is a result of the combination of investors eagerly awaiting some good news with recent events unfolding in favor of EDIG, starting with the big digecor win, the anticipation for the SAMSUNG settlement in the absence of DM rolling out the next round of infringer and the timing of the next shareholders meeting.

This is in start contrast of just about a year ago when there were those doubting the probability of a shareholders meeting at all with no settlement yet evident.

7settlements under their belt, a big digecor win and a company like SAMSUNG about to debut.

Does it seem just a bit coincidental that they waited for the conclusion for the digecor ruling, new IFE business, then knowing the timing of the SAMSUNG settlement, scheduled the meeting between the settlement date and the next Q report, or is this just the way it happened to unfold? All merely coincidental ? Could very well be.

What ever is happening, management sure does have a lot to discuss and share as compared from just a year ago....and all this while they are working the WAEA this very moment.
