The shareholder meeting is set 30 days after October 19, 2009 when the time for SAMSUNG to take care of its "Obligations" runs out...Lol...Lol...

Thus it looks we are going to have a PACER sooner than October 26, 2009, the last date set for the parties to inform the Court what has happened with SETTLEMENT the parties have reached...
