that Samsung's "obligations" consist mainly of documenting all the infringing devices that aren't offered for sale in the US, or some such matter.

You would think that DM has done the research on this already But on the other hand it could be that they settled for a dollar amount on each individual devise and they are waiting for Sammy do the documentation of the actual number of devises in order to reach the exact amount of the settlement.

Let's hope that is not the case.IMO this would not prevented DM to file an additional 15-20 suits.unless the settlement amount is going to be made public.

example: Sammy settles for 150 mil then DM file additional suits and says look what it has cost Sammy ....let annie up to the other 15-20 and get your check books ready

Just a thought but at this point anything is possible
