I would think that eDigital will have to set and announce some sort of date for FINAL purchases of the stock that will still qualify the shareholder to share in any future settlement benefits

Maybe this is what I was looking for from last year.

The Board of Directors has fixed July 21, 2008 as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting and any postponements or adjournments thereof, and only stockholders of record at the close of business on that date are entitled to such notice and to vote at the Annual Meeting.

The meeting was in September 2008
