T/A does not FACTOR news or news events. The right news will blow past vectorvest value of .31. I believe if we get the right news and break thru .28 on vollume then imo we will see .56 pretty quickly, then .74. These are 2 important levels, after that we we test $2.50s, i believe if we get this kind of break out we wont stop in the $1s for long.
