IMO, it`s inconsisent because it doesn`t mention the ``large unannounced Asian customer`` that was mentioned in the previous two press releases. And, yes, the Safe Harbor agreement doesn`t legally obligate them to provide updates on specific items but it certainly doesn`t say they can`t.

Are talks still ongoing with this ``large unannounced Asian customer``? Did that project stall,etc. and we`re now working with other potential customers.

The ``progess has been made`` statement is so ambiguous, IMO. That could mean just about anything. Setting up a meeeting/conference call with a potential customer could mean progress for all we know.
