In your opion how would an equity stake unfold ?

Edig has 350,000,000 shares authorized , 286,000,000 or so issued ,

Samsung gets 50,000,000 shares at 7.00 a share and a license , edig gets 350,000,000 dollars one time fee . Gee 7.00 matches Di$chino's number and the 350 million matches the SANDISK number !!

Isn't speculation fun ? , The best part of it is anything is possible at the moment !
