It depends, different funds have differing criterium. Some dabble below that number but once you break through that ceiling you become fair game for a much larger audience.

That is just another reason there is momentum with emerging growth stocks. Breaking out of the 52 week high....more like the 2-3 high, and with a large host of infringers lying in wait, EDIG begins to be taken much more serious....hence the volume surge we are witnessing.

Recognition and the realization that EDIG has many more "SAMSUNGS" in their sights could very well sustain the move up into the dollar range imo.
