Worth reminding shareholders on a dailly basis considering we have been waiting for these events a while now...wouldn't want any part time lurkers or newbies to miss the key events.

October 19, 2009 - Samsung Settlement Date - to complete "obligations"

October 26, 2009 - Date to finalize (ink) the deal.

November 13, 2009 10Q - Quarterly Report released by eDigital
