I do not bet bottles of wine either, and I live in California. A year ago, my new wife and I were gifted by about fourteen friends for a cruise starting in San Diego. There was a flight then that took 50 minutes to get there from here. It was fabulous. At the end of that month, the airline cancelled that flight. If they had not, I would attend. However, as it now is, I cannot handle the seven hour drive through L.A. traffic and the rest. Or, again, I would be there. Everyone on this board does a fantastic job of reporting back, so I only think I will be about four hours behind on developments. Also, and yes, times are tough!
