'what is the current trend.....up or down? Simple question'

simple answer, no trend.

support here at $.16 (13 day line) and at $.14 (200 day line)

If I had money (I don't), I'd put in an order to buy @ $.14 because I'd be betting on good news. If it is good, I think it goes to $.27 quickly ( resistance from '07).

If the news is mediocre, it wallows between $.11 and $.15

I think the market is waiting for news. That will start a trend.
