It will not give any details of the "Settlement"; all it will be is a statement that the parties have filed a dismissal of their cross actions and are telling the Court they are closing the door to all litigation against each other.

There will be PR by the company announcing the "Settlement" withe Samsung, and depending on what the terms of the settlement are, there might be more in the PR about the terms of the settlement...
