He could have stipulated to all this and save himself few hours of attoney billing...

Instead he only managed to get an extension for his Appeal by couple of weeks, paid thousands in Attorenys Fee, and nailed the coffin shut as far as appeal goes...

We can now forget about this Chapter and get on with the NEW CHAPTER headed "POST SAMSUNG SETLLEMENT ERA"...Keep looking for the PACER anyday now...
