I hate to sound negetive. I really do want edig to pop. However, in the Sony/Intertrust deal...was Intertrust going through the motions of setting up a shareholders meeting before the buyout? I can understand Edig keeping a tight lip on a forth coming aquisition but to set up a meeting in the light of a buyout seems a little disingenuous. I'm very interested in opinions of those that might have more information on the matter.
