They must be in negtiations with several companies as we speak, and we may get settlements announced without law suits filed, for exampl, with NOKIA, and few others whose name has beem mention who were not on the list of original law suits filed against Vivitar and the Magnificent Seven, ending with Samsung...

The one item that everyone who has been clamouring for more "Law Suits by DM" forgets is the fact that DM'S Major Forte is their ability to "Settle" with "Potentail Infringers" before any "Law Suits" are filed...

So, considering they are taking all the "Risks" involved in handling EDIG's case, and how they have ventured to put their entire reputation on the line for a small and not very rich company on the line, their FEE arrangement is quite reasonable...

This is not a simple rear-ender law suit, and they deserve every penny they have or will earn in this case...
