If, as you say, "...I have not been following EDIG very closely.", then you cannot presume to question those who know far more than you about the difference between the PTSC one dimentional patents, (they concern only control of the "Clock of chips" used in motherboards), and those of EDIG which are multi dimentioanal and have been discussed at this forum thanks to the likes of doni, emit and others...

It is like comparing a turnip to a Guava...

And yes, there have been NO USPTO attacks on EDIG patents, because there was NO ONE else that had any "PRIOR ART" published before EDIG hit the Scene in earliy 1990's. And there have been numerous posts here as late as this month listing all the FIRSTS attributed to EDIG and its patents...

So please, if you wish to spread doubt here to get us back to $.16, at least do your DD by reading the pages of this forum for several previous months, instead of coming up with blanket statements like, "Have any review applications been sent to the USPTO yet?"...
