If there's a cross license of some sort (i.e. new flash mem card, etc.) how will DM get compensated?

My guess would be, If DM got Sammy to make a deal....one way to compensate would a better chance down the road for a very strong case/statement/show of strength etc. etc. mega-suits of multiple infringers. Does that sound possible? Could edig create additional shares and use as payment to DM? (Possible good incentive for DM to help little ol edig)

I know DM has some very good experience on many fronts to assist a company like edig to transition to a higher level....what are the possibilities?

Throwing out thoughts.........to quiet here lately need some news.
