padron, I've said the same thing. Samsung has until tomorrow to fulfill certain obligations but I doubt we'll get a PACER describing that fulfillment. Both parties are expected to file a joint dismissal NLT 26 Oct 09. Of course the joint dismissal could be filed anytime between tomorrow and the following Monday. Just my opinion and worth what you paid for it.
