445 and 108 were dropped from the Samsung case.....that is not to say the final settlement will not involve them.
e.Digital is pursuing the cache schemes that sit in front of 445 and 108....basically the key that makes it all happen.
445 has advanced features that others might copy and implement, or an inferior structure having similarity....however, advanced or inferior....they both need the key.
IMO, we will end up selling advanced applications driven by 445....and suing for the key.
