I think it's simply a standard form the court provides both parties. digEcor has filed a motion of objection (Doc 410) to EDIG receiving their court costs. 16 pages long and uploaded at http://www.box.net/shared/bz4d8bjeok .

In it they make 3 points, including their opinion that technically EDIG didn't prevail since they owe digEcor $80K. Technically perhaps, but we all know EDIG crushed them on the issues...and better yet BOW knows it.

Probably no Christmas card from BOW this year. ;)
