Law 360 is right on top of events. They must monitor the same Pacer filings we do. I suspect there are more hits / eyes that view Law 360 than those of us that view Silversurfer/jefother postings. It's that kind of exposure that will bring new investors into the fold and the caliber of investor that responds to Law 360 is hopefully a quality investor; not just a day trader passing thru. Knowing how eDigital has released information in the past I suspect details of the settlement will be withheld. I see no reason why they would not include the name Samsung in the title line of the announcement as there can be no secret as to who eDigital has settled with. Beyond that we may have to wait until Feb 15 to analize the financials to determine more details....Unless of course it is in Samsungs interest to announce details. Any kind of partnership will be trumpeted. An outright buy out will be heralded loud and clear for all of us to revel in. Looking forward to an announcement once the judge accepts the motion to dismiss.
