Great point...I think the next list of infringers are what will take us to the new level...

Granted, one thing we all accomplish here is set expectations that are sometimes un-reasonable, such as the buy-out, and when that is not delivered it kills the moods of many here...I admit, I was hoping too...

But what we have here is a good thing...I have been with EDIG for a long time now...there are some times I love them and other times when I want a divorce...But I stay with them for 3 main reasons...One, the BOD continues to purchase large amounts of shares...they know the game plan inside and out and if they are buying, it shows me something is happening...Two, DM is heavily invested and they are no two-bit law firm...If they believe, then I certainly due...Three, Flash memory is everywhere and we own the original patent where there was NO PRIOR ART...I work in a telecom field and I know very well where Flash memory has its place...Its huge...

SO, each person has to look at the facts...I certainly wouldn't be persuaded by people on here telling me because its their opinion...Opinions mean squat to me! Bottom line...If that offends people, oh well...So be it...

There are ways we can definitely improve on in this company and the biggest is communication. If I could make the SHM, that is the first thing I would bring up and I certainly hope someone does...But all in all the BOD has done agood job bringing the company back...But now, they need to prove that they can take us to a new level, such as on the NASDAQ or some other exchange...Just my 2 cents...
