IMO, if the settlement is in the range of 4 mill, I would consider that a victory for making them pay to utilize the ideas....they still have to perform all the work ....including all source code that would have to interface with the caching schemes that are processing the bit stream from removable memory....which I feel Zoran had more to do with than Samsung. Where they may be implementing a less sophicated system than e.Digitals considerations.

IMO, they have Samsungs hands tied for out sourced IC considerations.

IMO, there's more to these actions than chasing entities for bucks.

IMO, e.Digital still has something to sell even though they have handed out licenses
