I concur Dr Veneris, If anything the settlement is north of 10M. We shouldn't have to wait long to validate that conjecture as the results should be readily ascertained when the financials come out just before the shareholders meeting. The settlement was consomme'd in September and should be reported in this past quarters financials due Nov 15.
