RE: new IP

My going over the current application ....it will allow for an open system...as opposed to a closed system....i.e IFE, it's based on e.Digitals prior IP.

Some here might want to present that question at the SHM for a nice little discussion...I feel they may talk about that in some detail, regarding what they expect to do with it.

With regard to scenarios of buyout , I don't want to go there. Like SP, I was caught way off guard as to how this will play out. Things are shaping up way different than I had originally figured, and I'm trying to stay conservative in that regard. They're dealing with an industry, where the only thing we see are the battles with individuals.

Anyone have any connections to him lately? I don't know if he is upset because of face to face relationships with e.Digital....or it's just the board nonsense he has no interest in anymore.
