I can't offer what you asked for, but since no one else has replied, I'll say that I've been following PTSC and VHC and have not been impressed with their pps performance. VHC, especialy, after winning a big Markman victory has done nothing but slide.

Overall, I like EDIG's (& DM's) strategy of going for settlements that improve the bottom line and are concluded in a timely fashion. Improving reveues appear to do more for pps than endless litigation prospects. jmho.
