I am not suspect be it Samsung or EDIG, nor whoever "wrote" the 1st paragraph, but 6 say the basic same thing and Samsung is different. Go back and read the PR's on EDIG's site then tell me if anything stands out?

In my work life of 37 years, I had to interpret purchase order contracts before acceptance, to make sure there was no hidden meaning that could bite me later, and disputed clauses up front to CMA. This is why the wording caught my attention as being "different" but not suggesting it has some monetary or partnership meaning, just looking for clarity.
