I just checked the violation tab to see what 2ndmail said to cause a BANNING, and I have to agree the post should have been flagged and removed, but this poster is not known to be a trouble maker, only had 15 violations, and IMO banning was way over the line.

Slapping ones hand is one thing, but before banning someone, there needs to be repeat offenses, with warnings, before kicking a member here off the forum.

This person even said in the post to be buying more shares of EDIG...

I'd like 2nd opinions from this group, and if it goes as I think it will, Agora is requested to review post history and decide if a banning was justified.

Someone who consistently violates the 6 rules deserves to be banned, but not this poster IMO.
