Just think about it, when any infringer on our infringer list now is visited by Pat and DM and these guys they know Edig means business and they know the previous seven decided to settle after hiring their own attorneys to defend them and their attorneys advised them to settle, they paid us and paid their attorneys it is wiser for them to negotiate a deal now and write one check.

In the past big companies looked at us and laughed without your help providing them the nitous oxide (N2O) these days with a smile on their face they will write a check knowing that they saved the legal fees without any interruption of their business.

we used to be a laughing matter but no more.

As to Ptsc it already saw its glory again twice , once in 2000 and second in 2006.

As to Edig the Glory days of 1999 and 2000 are in the making again.

Jef and Silver thanks for all your help and keep your eyes open just in case one of those companies are stubborn enough not to selltle, the rest of us will keep our eyes open for a PR settlememnt from RP.

As to Dm conflict of interest I think IMO Dm will advise their clients to settle with edig voluntarily and I doubt they will leave this golden egg laying hen (edig) while it is in its prime.
