By this opinion, are you saying as someone else the other day implied, EDIG/DM is negotiating a settlement arrangement of some kind vs filing against them?

As in getting a license agreement with past and future royalties and no law suit?

I'm left hanging...haha.

What have any of us seen to indictate there's some back door stuff in play, is my question...all ears.
