Does anyone think it significant that the next round is in CO? One would think it would be easier to get desirable verdicts in a court where Edig has already prevailed(TX). Could it be that there is little worry over winning but a seeking of change of venue for greater compensation? Maybe it is a time thing(quicker results)? Just thinking out loud here. If these questions have been talked about already, I’m sorry for the redundancy.
