So, now that you are full time EDIGER, give us your view on the UPTO patent examination once I again, I missed it last time!?..

And please give us the specific change in the Patent Law you are reffering to which would constrain DM to go against their own awoved policy, (go to their site and read it), that they emphasize "Settlements" at all stages, and they pride themselves on being succesful in settling cases...
