Not everybody follows the pacer filings...in fact that equates to a crowd of about 20-40 on any given day....that's peanuts. Microcap funds still lurk...

SAMSUNG alone could cause this to happen OR SAMSUNG plus the contributions from some of the Colorado 19. We still have a 1.5 quarters to go this fiscal year.

We know the first settlement ever was announced in just 6 months. We also know management expects more settlements this fiscal year. It will most likely get done because DM has its strategy in place. I would not bet against them.

If you're going to sit and wait, this isn't a bad place to do it.
