On a shorter term perspective view, I will be looking for guidance for the next two Qs and even into next year, now that they have 19-21 infringers already served.

As a result of the DM revelation, next year could be a real breakout year in the revenue growth curve....and so might this year given SAMSUNG remains unknown and fiscal Q4 now promises to possibly deliver more settlement dollars....we will know in a matter of days.
