Which to me makes it sound like there WILL be a webcast and a PR or Shareholder Alert would be needed to provide the details. It could be that they'll include that information in a PR which will likely accompany the 10Q (about a new record quarter?).

Anyway, I think we'll be having a webcast. They have plenty of funds to do it and they're not in a critical stage of negotiations like they were last year.
