It isn't a matter of the next 19, it's the results of a major Infringer and the amount of the payment to EDIG.

What if Samsung was not the big infringer that everyone thought they were? I remember RP stating a long time ago that the first thing we would go after is the low hanging fruit...he did not state that was limited to the first, second, or ? how many cases filed. My take was that we would be going after the low hanging fruit for quite some time and that the big cases would be "later". Meanwhile, whether one would consider the money coming in as significant or nuisance matters not. What does matter is what we do with it, I believe this is what will count for us in the near future, not "necessarily" huge settlements (although I would not consider larger settlements impossible).
