Regardless of the answers you received, you are absolutely right to ask about a professional PR firm that will tell the Edig story to the rest of the world above and beyong the currect shareholders.
The PR's issued by RP are, to say the least, pathetic. Not only he makes mistakes in figuring the percentages out but he also mispells the names of the companies DM files suits against. For instance, he suggests that two of the defendants are Lieca and Vtech instead of Leica and VTech. Through ommission or commission the quality and quantity of Edig's announcements are dismal and poor. This is not the way to maximize the value of shareholders holdings.
He needs to hear that no one outside the current shareholders is really interested in the "news" that EDIG releases. They are only going to be interested in hearing some guidance on how, when and how much $ is going to come to the company as a result of the activities associatedd with the "monetization" of the FlashR patents. All serious companies issue expectations regarding future earnings. If the management of Edig was slightly interested in the welfare of its shareholders it should be telling us something about their expectations. No need to tell us names but they could and should tell us about totals with all the necessary provisions about uncertainty.
